Phew!!

O.K.     Close call.

I found the main project file for the site and I’m quite relieved that I don’t have to start from scratch again. I’ve made around 6 copies in various backup locations on my computers and external HD’s. With that aside I can focus on my new freelance projects that involve a 4 frame comic strip that people will start seeing inside the Marshalls flyers in the greater Boston area newspapers.

The series started back in June as a trial run to see if the big guys at TJX felt that it was a marketable thing to do. I guess it’s all working out considering we’re having another go at it. In all honesty I think it breathes a little more life into the everyday newspaper flyer that just wants to sell you something. At least humor people a little.

The second one is a music video that I’ve been hacking away at that is still in the pre-production stage. I’m still fiddling around with some character designs and writing the end part of the video so I can storyboard the rest of it. Time to whip that one in a little more shape. I plan on making a trip up to New York or Boston to check out Oppenheimer and meet up with the guys and show them my progress… I’ll post some character concepts when I get the permission from the band members.

Cool backstage meet and greet pics to come!
